After three days of conference attending, networking, and delving into deep intellectual discussions about teaching, about popular American culture, and about the state of global education… dude, I need a serious siesta.

I’d like to type long and wax the board of poetics but I’m feeling a bit incoherent right now. So forgive me as I find a rented bungalow and unfurl a few zzz’s.

I’ll leave you with the promise that I’ll talk about the networking, about the presentations (some negative stuff, some positive), and about the conference overall. The happy note? I did meet Bill Banfield! Second happy note? All my papers on the scholarly exchange table were gone, meaning that they were all purchased. More on that later, too. So much to talk about, so little mojo.
